At Colomberie Clinic, we strive to provide high-quality dental and aesthetic treatments with efficient scheduling to accommodate all our patients. To ensure smooth operations, we kindly ask all patients to adhere to the following cancellation and payment policies.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
-
We require at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
-
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, depending on the appointment type.
-
Patients who fail to attend an appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
Late Arrivals
-
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other patients’ bookings.
-
If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, a cancellation fee may apply.
Late & Outstanding Payments
-
All treatments must be paid for on the day of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
-
If payment is not received on the same day, a late payment fee of 10% may be applied.
-
Unsettled balances exceeding 60 days will be subject to further administrative charges and may be referred to a debt collection agency.
Deposits & Prepayments
-
Certain treatments require a deposit at the time of booking.
-
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Emergency & Exceptional Circumstances
-
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent reason for cancelling at short notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
By booking an appointment with Colomberie Clinic, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us.
